Brazilian journalistBrazil — Ms. Tatiana Tavares is in charge of two supplements, covering issues of health and the environment, for the daily newspaper, Zero Hora.

Hungarian journalistHungary — Mr. Andras Petho, 30, is responsible for editing and reporting on news and current affairs for the Hungarian news portal, Origo, in Budapest.He has previously worked for the Hungarian service of BBC radio.

 

 

 

Indian journalistIndia — Ms. Nidhi Sharma, 28, is a special correspondent reporting on national politics and government for The Pioneer, an English language national daily newspaper in New Delhi.



 

Lithuanian journalistLithuania — Mr. Vykintas Pugaciauskas, 30, has been editing
and reporting on international news and covering Lithuanian foreign policy for Lithuanian Televisionin Vilnius for the past ten years.

 

 

 

Nigerian journalistNigeria — Mr. Julius Ogunro, 31, is editor and senior correspondent covering political, environmental and health issues, National Standard, a biweekly news magazine in Lagos. He has recently won prizes in Nigeria for stories about the degradation of Nigeria’s environment and the HIV crises in
his country.



South African journalistSouth Africa — Ms. Antoinette Lazarus, 33, is a political reporter, online producer and presenter in the New Media department of the South African Broadcast Corporation (sabcnews.com), Johannesburg. She has recently been covering the national elections in Zimbabwe.

 

 

Spanish journalistSpain — Ms. Sonia Sanchez Lopez, 29, politics editor and reporter, Europa Press (news agency), Barcelona. Much
of her professional experience has been in the fields of social
welfare and movements, but most recently she was a reporter in the politics section of her news agency.
