Mr. Morgan is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Argand Partners, a middle market private equity firm he founded with prior colleagues in 2015. Previously, Mr. Morgan was Chief Executive Officer and President of CHI Private Equity, the successor to Castle Harlan. Mr. Morgan joined CHI in 1996 and has been active in mid-market private equity for 30 years. Until 2015, and since its inception, Mr. Morgan was a member of the Board and associated Board committees of CHAMP Private Equity in Australia. From 2000 to 2002, Mr. Morgan was Executive Director of CHAMP. Previously, Mr. Morgan was a Partner at The Ropart Group, a private equity investment firm, and began his career as an Associate at Allen & Company, Inc.

Morgan is a former director of over one dozen companies, including Pretium Packaging, Shelf Drilling, IDQ Holdings, Securus Technologies, Polypipe Global Holdings, Austar United Communications Ltd., Norcast Wear Solutions, AmeriCast Technologies, Ion Track Instruments, Land ‘N’ Sea Distributing and Penrice Soda Products.

Mr. Morgan is a director and past Chairman of the Harvard Business School Club of New York, former Chairman of the Parkinson’s Disease Foundation, current Vice-Chairman of the Parkinson’s Foundation, a director of the Alexander Hamilton Institute, a director of the World Press Institute, and a director and Treasurer of the Friends of the Garvan Institute of Medical Research. Mr. Morgan was a director and officer of the Harvard Business School Alumni Board from 2006-2011.

Mr. Morgan received his B.A. from Hamilton College in Mathematics and Government and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
