Three to five years takes the procedure for acquiring U.S. citizenship, said yesterday Magistrate Judge Yeane J. Graham of the U.S. District Court in St. Paul Minnesota.
She made the Opening notes for the naturalization ceremony of 209 people from 53 countries that took place at the Landmark Center in Saint Paul, Minnesota.
